(meaning DK Over Music), musical talent hails from Macon, Georgia, and has always had an attraction for all things creative and influential to hip-hop culture. Most importantly, his musical roots can be traced back to his father’s exposing him to his hip-hop legendary friends, Goodie Mob, OutKast, and other members of the Dungeon Family to name a few. However, his pursuit of music took off at age 14 when he attended the Otis Music Camp in Macon, GA, the annual music, and songwriter’s the camp hosted by the Otis Redding Foundation in the honor of soul music legend, Otis Redding. More recently, in summer 2020, in DK’s fourth year attending the camp, DKOMX, and a cast of other campers were awarded the best "High School Song Winner" by Soundtrap.com Summer Engagement international Project contest for their original collaborative song called "Rest Empowered”. DKOMX played a prominent role in the award-winning collaboration, including writing and performing the hook and the first verse.

DKOMX support continues all over the world on various radio stations such as Sway’s Universe and the month rotation of his single project “Keep Talkin” on Atlanta’s Hot 107.9 on  Whats New With Stu with Dj Jay-T After party mix show. DKOMX also is a DJ and has done corporate and private events as the featured DJ for all ages. DKOMX was mentioned on the famed DJ D-NICE Instagram platform during one of his Quarantine IG LIVE Parties in early 2020. DKOMX is creating his own lane while still drawing creative inspiration and paying homage to hip hop artists and cultural creatives who have come before him.
